Rest well in our comfortable accommodations, with memory foam mattresses ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The master suite offers a king-sized bed for added luxury and comfort. Families with children will appreciate the thoughtful touches we provide, including plates and silverware designed specifically for little ones. We aim to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible. No Glass outside, especially pool area Adult supervision required at all times for any minors utilizing the pool. No pool lifeguard on duty. Swim at own risk. Pool baby gate is in place for safety of individuals whom may not know how to swim. Guests must keep this gate in place if any individual at the property requires supervision near open water. Pool heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation. Please return pool baby gate to full standing position upon checkout. Keep in mind the next guest may have children. Pool heat can be added to a reservation for a daily rate of $35 March-September, & a daily rate of $50 Oct-Feb. Pool heat will be set to 85 degrees. If you would like it warmer than 85, each degree above that will incur an additional fee of $15 per degree. Please understand that this fee is strictly to cover our electricity costs of the heat. Pool heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay. When pool heat is requested, the heater is turned on on the morning of check-in. It can take 12 to 24 hours before the pool reaches the desired temperature. The pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for having the heat pump running and the electricity use that goes with it. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night. Only our pool personnel is authorized to change settings at the pool heater. If the guest changes any settings this will result in extra charges. Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. We will do everything we can to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Compensation will be limited to the amount paid for pool heat during the days that the pool heater has not been running only. We take pride in providing a comfortable experience for all our guests while respecting our neighbors' peace and quiet. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. Any guest found to be in violation of this policy and causing noise disturbances during quiet hours will be subject to a $300 penalty for each violation. Additionally, the backyard is visible from other neighboring properties. To maintain the cleanliness and dignity of our neighborhood, any guest found to be relieving themselves outdoors will be subject to a $300 penalty. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
